Your registration details.

This notice covers the Bhavira Enterprises website and its pre-launch registration forms for Tennis Match Manager and GoodsMarket. It does not describe data practices inside the unpublished apps.

What we collect

App and registration role, name, email, city, relevant business or tournament details, optional notes, a consent record, request reference and submission time. A temporary hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention. We do not request passwords, payment details or identity documents.

How we use it

To review registration requests, respond to you, and plan access to the relevant app or activity. Submission does not create an account or verify your email. These details are not displayed publicly.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database on Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. Access to the registration review page is restricted to the website owner. Submission information may be processed by the hosting providers to operate and secure the service.

Your choices

To correct, withdraw or request deletion of your registration, email connect@bhaviraenterprises.com from the address used to register and include your reference. Provide only the information needed for your request. Registrations are retained while their review and related follow-up are needed; contact us to request removal.

Age and sensitive information

The form is for adults or adult representatives. Do not submit a child’s personal details, health information, identity documents, financial credentials or payment details.
